About me
I've spent the last 10 years supporting engineers and engineering leaders and building high-performing, co-located and distributed engineering teams.
In my career, I’ve worked with a broad variety of companies at different stages, where I’ve hired, developed, and supported engineers, technical leaders and engineering leaders (both new and experienced engineering managers). In my previous role, I served as a Director of Engineering at SoundCloud.
After years of serving as an engineering leader in various organisations, I am embarking on a new journey with a mission to give back to the community and empower others. Through my writing and coaching, I am aiming to share my expertise and insights, helping individuals reach their full potential and make a positive impact.

It is like having an 1:1 with a manager who cares deeply about, and invested in, you and your own growth. Collaboratively, we will craft a tailored strategy. You may already know some areas where you’d like to improve, and my role is to assist you in giving feedback and advice by sharing my perspective on what i’ve seen work / not work, if I have familiarity with the topic, and most importantly, guide your in introspection to unlock the answers that already reside within you.
